The Hydrangea Deep Purple Dance is the June plant of the month. It is one of Paraic's "all time favourite" summer flowering shrubs.

The Hydrangea is known for its large, deep purple blooms that cover the plant from June to early October.

Fun Fact: It was the winner of the prestigious Best New Plant award at the 2015 Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) awards. 

Where to plant the Hydrangea Deep Purple Dance

You can plant this shrub in a large patio pot or plant it directly into your garden soil. It offers a range of colours as the flowers open, from a light green to a light blue changing to a rich purple / blue by mid summer.

We recommend planting the Hydrangea Deep Purple Dance in groups of three or five in your shrub border or in a large terracotta patio planter. To compliment the flower, add some summer bedding plants for a truly beautiful display. All in all, it is a really easy garden flower to grow, it offers a unique touch of colour and it will bloom year after year.
